Your immigration packet, ready to file — without errors or guesswork.
I prepare your USCIS and immigration court (EOIR) forms, translate your Spanish documents to English with a Certificate of Translation, and organize your physical packet ready to submit.
Marcela Corva Flórez — Immigration Forms Preparer.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I help Spanish-speaking families prepare their immigration paperwork clearly, carefully, and honestly.
What I do
I prepare USCIS and EOIR forms with your information, translate your supporting documents from Spanish to English with a signed Certificate of Translation, and organize your packet so it is ready to file or present in court.
What I do not do
I am not a U.S. attorney. I do not give legal advice, recommend a strategy for your case, or represent you before USCIS or the immigration court. For those services, you need a licensed attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
Why bilingual matters
Spanish is your first language. English is required by USCIS. I work in both, so you understand every form, every date, and every document we submit on your behalf.
What I can prepare for you.
Each service covers form preparation, consistency review of your data, and a fully organized packet. USCIS government filing fees are separate.

Fixed fees are for standard cases without complications. "Starting at" means the case may require additional work depending on complexity — you receive a written quote before we begin.
These are the most sensitive and complex cases I handle. For these matters I strongly recommend hiring a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
My role is limited to preparing documents and organizing your packet. Legal defense strategy, courtroom argumentation, and representation in court can only be provided by an attorney or accredited representative.
I help you complete form DS-160 with the information you provide me, translate your supporting documents, and organize your evidence packet for the consular interview. I do not guarantee visa approval. The decision belongs exclusively to the consular officer. For legal advice on your eligibility, consult a licensed attorney.
Four steps. Zero guesswork.
My method to deliver your packet ready, organized, and free of common errors.
